PAT (Produce Agriculture Traditional) Legumes not very popular and cultivated in small quantities for his work exclusively manual. Looks like a chick but has a flattened shape. Is a herbaceous pinra that grows on arid and sunny.
It is harvested in the summer and allowed to dry until the time of typing. Chickling are only dry before being consumed must be kept for a long soak. The flavor is strong and full and has good nutritional values.
