Villa Col de' Canali
Villa Col de 'Canali is a fraction of Costacciaro, which rises to a height of 559 m above sea level and is populated by 253 inhabitants.
The existence of this country is certified by documents from the fourteenth century, and probably an ancient fort was occupied by the Umbrian offshore and then there was a villa built by the Romans. Officially, from historical records, the church of San Savino gave its name to the country, around the year 1000. In 1262 the village was the birthplace of Blessed Tomasso Grasselli, of which there are still some old house walls.
On the last Sunday of July is celebrated the feast of the patron saint of the country Sant'Apollinare which is also dedicated to the homonymous church.
